The service
DocXAssist is an app for finding translations in the user's documents, recognising text and speech, voice-over, summaries and flashcards. By using the app you accept these terms.
Account
An account is required. Don't share your password. The number of devices linked at once depends on your plan.
Your documents
You are responsible for having the right to use the documents you load. We have no access to their contents.
AI features
AI answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes — double-check what matters. The number of AI requests is limited by your plan. Don't send other people's personal data or materials you have no right to share to AI.
Plans and payment
The free plan has no time limit. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with advance notice.
Invites
The invite bonus is granted after the invited user's first payment. Abuse (fake accounts) leads to bonuses being revoked.
Prohibited
Bypassing plan limits or the app's protection, interfering with the server, reselling access.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. Translations come from your documents and are recognised automatically — double-check important texts. We are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll announce significant changes in the app or on the website.
